Job Description

Hill Country Community Church is looking for a Media Coordinator! We seek to provide ministry work experience at a fair compensation with flexible work hours (because we know life is busy).

This position's focus is creativity. Our church is adjusting its focus on the "Next Generation," that is, seeking to minister to younger people, from children to teens to college-age and young families.

This role is supportive of other leadership roles in that this person will communicate regularly with other leaders, offering creative ideas and working together with them to execute the church and ministry vision.

This person should be a committed believer in Christ. Additionally, he/she should align with the Vision of Hill Country Community Church.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Ministry Team Leaders (MTLs), study leaders and the church secretary to have current information on all events.
  • Send weekly social media posts on all primary platforms.
  • Update the website with current information.
  • Prepare announcement slides for Sunday mornings.
  • Creatively present ideas to elders and other leaders to increase engagement.
  • Execute various projects involving creating media and photography/videography.

Estimated workweek = 7-8 hours

Compensation = $450/month
