Job Description

Thank you for your interest in our Director of High School Ministries position.

One of our core values is to invest in future generations; we will do anything to strengthen our kid's and student's ministry to help them develop a life-long relationship with Jesus. Our next Pastor of Student Ministries will be given the freedom and resources to take risks to build a healthy High School Ministry that reaches the next generation and helps those students experience transformation built on the good news of Jesus.

This position will be responsible for building and leading our ministries to 7th- 12th grade students, which includes serving as a resource for our families in the church and community. The Pastor of Students will oversee a part-time Assistant Director who will help execute the plans for the ministry. 

We are looking for a Pastor who:

  • Is Passionate about Jesus and demonstrates a vibrant faith
  • Loves students
  • Is highly relational and able to connect with all types of students, leaders and parents
  • Is a team player and able to fit in well with the staff team
  • Is willing to have fun and work hard
  • Understands what it takes to build a ministry
  • Is gifted for ministry but still willing to grow
