Pastor/Director of High School Ministry

We have an opening for our Pastor/Director of High School Ministry role. At Blackhawk, we value people in all stages of life, knowing that everyone has something to contribute. The Pastor/Director of High School Ministry (HSM) is an important part of this vision.

The Pastor/Director of HSM is responsible for:

• Leading central HSM to ensure healthy ministry development across all sites
• Leading the HSM team (staff, interns and volunteers)
• Gathering high school students into community and connection as part of the local church
• Partnering with the pastor of middle school ministry for a cohesive student ministry
