Associate Pastor
Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Associate Pastor who will report to and work collaboratively in a dynamic partnership with the lead pastor to shepherd and disciple our church family. This person will be directly involved in leading the youth ministries of the church and also overseeing other ministries that are related to discipleship and worship. In addition they will work with the lead pastor to create and administer Sunday worship services and organize the worship teams. The associate pastor should have gifts in teaching, music, technology and organization.
