Director of Corporate Worship
Job Description
The Director of Corporate Worship will facilitate a culture of adoration and worship through leading worship services, prayer times, gatherings and teams that seek the tangible presence of God.

• Commitment to Liberty Bible Church’s mission, values and philosophy of ministry.
• Work alongside the Lead Pastor, campus pastors, and other worship leaders to create worship services that pursue the tangible presence of God and relevant to life.
• A desire to lead and serve people in the way of Jesus in both individual conversations and in team leadership.
• An individual who guides others and oversees corporate worship gatherings, drawing from their personal relationship with God.
• Has obtained or will work towards obtaining ministerial credentialing within the EFCA.
• A desire to embody our staff culture (We pray first; We take Jesus seriously, not ourselves; We return to joy; We stay curious).
• A heart to disciple people of all ages and skill sets by working with them, managing them, helping them grow in their relationship with Christ and each other, by nurturing and developing their gifts.
• A high commitment to fostering musical excellence in individuals, teams, and services.
• Minimum five years of ministry experience preferred.
• Committed to the statements of faith, ministry philosophy, mission, and Spirit-led vision of Liberty Bible Church.

• New worship leaders and musicians are developed from within the congregation.
The director of corporate worship will report to the Chesterton campus pastor. Salary and benefits commensurate for this position’s requirements are based upon a 50 hour/week position.
About this Church
Liberty Bible Church has three campuses: Chesterton, LaPorte and Valparaiso. Each campus has its own live worship and a children’s program. You can expect to hear the same teaching and sermon at all of our campuses. We exist…that all people be fully alive in the Kingdom of God.
