Worship Leader
Job Description
The Worship Leader at Brookside Church is a vital part of the creative staff team. Working together with that team you will help shepherd the congregation in musical worship across our locations with an emphasis at our Elkhorn Campus and student ministry.
The worship leader should have a strong biblical understanding of worship, a clear Christian worldview that they seek to live out and exemplify in their daily lives, and a growing desire to deepen their love for Jesus and theology. Candidates should possess a high level of musical excellence. A basic understanding of Planning Center and other related worship technologies and software such as ProPresenter and Ableton Live. Abilities to not only lead a band but develop teams by recruiting, coaching and caring for volunteers.

Brookside is a multisite church in the Omaha Metro area with a mission to help people Find and Follow Jesus. Our church teaches from the Bible, going book by book and also topically addressing key subjects. We are for the city of Omaha and actively reaching out with our food, auto and care center, where families in need can receive clothing, groceries and basic car maintenance. We invest joyously and generously in the next generation with a growing next-gen team and a thriving 4D Leadership Program for residents and interns.
