Job Description
The EFCA national office is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant to bring his/her complimentary gifts to perform administrative duties to assist the ministry advancement team.
Start Date: ASAP
Hours Per Week: 40

Duties:
- Provide essential support for the chief development officer, director of annual fund & EFCA Foundation director, as assigned.
- Manage department calendars.
- Assist with production of mailings and other communication efforts (print and electronic).
- Assist as liaison for needs with internal department and outside vendors.
- Manage department travel and event conference arrangements, as needed.
- Maintain database records to ensure data integrity and coordinated contact management.
- Design and execute new queries, export data to Excel, generate reports and lists.
- Assist development administration manager to ensure timely follow-up and excellent customer service.
- Secure and provide information and assistance to existing and prospective donors, as directed through email and phone calls.
Skills and Education Requirements:
- Alignment with and commitment to the mission and values of the EFCA.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work with others in a manner that contributes to a cooperative, productive work environment.
- Ability to effectively communicate in a business-like manner that enhances the image of the EFCA.
- Two years post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
- Minimum two years administrative assistant experience.
- Minimum two years donor-related database management experience.
- Ability to spend more than 75% of work time using a keyboard and a computer.
