Worship Arts Associate
Job Description
Constance Free Church is hiring a full-time Worship Arts Associate, someone who can pair creative thinking with team leading. In this role you will report directly to the pastor of worship arts. Under his leadership, you'll be in on the creative and service planning process from the ground up!
Some of your main responsibilities include:
- Share the vocal lead each week and take the outright lead of services when the worship arts pastor is off-stage
- Music direction of our Sunday auditorium band
- Manage rehearsal resources such as Planning Center, chord charts and rehearsal mix
- Audition and develop volunteers
- Oversee the musical aspects of our midweek student worship times
- Manage technologies for our worship services such as Ableton, ProPresenter and Lightkey

Reports to: Worship Arts Pastor
Salary based on experience: $50,000-$60,000
