Production Director

The right person for this position will be passionate about living out Grace Church of Sahuarita’s mission, “To lead people to experience the life Jesus gives.” They will be a person who leads by example, growing the production team both in spiritual growth, in numbers and in technical development.

To lead people to experience the life Jesus gives (John 10:10) by managing technology and servant leaders with excellence.

Position Description:

This full-time position reports to the worship pastor, working from Sunday to Thursday, with occasional needs to provide tech for weddings, memorial services, etc., on Fridays and Saturdays. The primary emphasis is on discipling the production team while building, training and maintaining the teams of leaders/servants for all worship services and other events requiring A/V/L. This position requires agreement with Grace Church of Sahuarita's Faith Statement.

Responsibilities:

● Primary emphasis on building, training and maintaining teams of leaders/servants for all worship services requiring A/V/L
● Recruit, schedule, train and facilitate servant leaders for worship services and special events, i.e., weddings, memorials, etc
● Work with existing/future Internet and network equipment providers to maintain
technical equipment and A/V/L needs
● Develop knowledge of the operation and integration of all existing and future technical equipment
● Assess all future technology needs with the goal of staying current on production and technological trends and improvements
● Collaborate with creative staff and ministry partners to create an engaging atmosphere that fosters authentic worship
● Manage videography and video editing for mid-service video and other ministry
videography needs
● Oversee technical for all areas of ministry, including GCKids, student ministries and live stream to the Rio Rico campus
● Responsible for maintaining live streaming across various platforms
● Offer help and management to any ministry requiring technical assistance.
