Job Description
The Evangelical Free Church of America (EFCA) is seeking a high-capacity, proven organizational leader to serve as the Executive Vice President (EVP) of International Ministries. This position will collaborate closely with the Office of the President team and an experienced international leadership team to strengthen and expand the impact of ReachGlobal, the international mission of the EFCA.

Duties:
- Collaborate with the Office of the President team to lead the global ministry of ReachGlobal.
- Unite diverse ministries and global teams under a shared vision and missional framework.
- Provide strategic vision and execution for a complex, multifaceted international organization.
- Develop and implement leadership development, team building and strategic planning initiatives.
- Ensure healthy organizational structures, accountability and focus across global divisions.
- Communicate effectively with missionaries, leadership teams and supporting churches to clarify purpose and direction.
- Lead with spiritual maturity and dependence on prayer, modeling integrity and steadiness in decision-making.
- Represent ReachGlobal publicly and cultivate trust and alignment across cultural and ministry contexts.
Skills and education requirements:
- Alignment with and commitment to the EFCA Statement of Faith and mission.
- Membership or pursuit of membership in an EFCA church.
- Master’s degree or higher in a related field.
- Hold or pursue an EFCA ministerial credential.
- Extensive cross-cultural ministry experience, preferably in multiple global contexts.
- Proven executive leadership in a complex, multifaceted organization.
- Strong strategic visioning and organizational leadership skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and public speaking abilities.
- Experience in fundraising or support development.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
