Family Pastor

The full-time Family Pastor provides spiritual leadership and strategic oversight for all ministries serving families at Madera Church, from birth through high school graduation.

This role exists to come alongside parents as the primary disciplers of their children, equipping and supporting them at every stage of development.

The family pastor partners closely with the lead pastor and ministry leaders to advance the purpose, mission and values of Madera Church and assists with other pastoral responsibilities as needed.
