LifeSpring Community Church invites emerging leaders to a two year Pastoral Residency designed to develop faithful, competent, and mission minded pastors. Residents receive immersive ministry experience, intentional mentorship, theological formation, and real leadership opportunities within a healthy EFCA church committed to community engagement and service to reach people with the gospel.

Eligibility

Because LifeSpring affirms the EFCA’s complementarian convictions regarding pastoral leadership, this residency is open to qualified male candidates who sense a call to pastoral ministry.

• Teachable, humble, and eager to grow.
• Pursuing or recently completed an M.Div.
• Has a heart to reach the lost.
• Desires hands-on pastoral experience.
• Ready to invest two years in intentional pastoral development
