Executive Pastor/Director - Position #2026-2

The Executive Pastor/Director serves as the primary organizational and operational supervisor within The Church at Osage Hills (OHills), working closely with the lead pastor to ensure all staff, ministries and systems are aligned with our mission:

OHills is a large growing church with an average weekly attendance of approximately 850. The executive pastor/director is responsible for overseeing all church operations, business administration and connection‑focused ministries, programs and initiatives. This position requires sound decision making, the supervision of various staff members and direct accountability to the lead pastor.

A qualified candidate must bring advanced leadership capabilities, including strategic planning, staff oversight, conflict resolution and the ability to design and sustain systems that support the mission, culture and operational health of the church. Candidates will demonstrate strong knowledge and skills in ministry operations, business administration, organizational structure and process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma. The ideal applicant will be adept at developing, writing and implementing policies and procedures and will bring a high degree of organization, attention to detail and consistent follow‑through to their work.

This is a full‑time, exempt position compensated on a salaried basis. The role includes a defined minimum starting salary within a broader compensation range. Final salary and job title will be determined based on the candidate’s education, relevant experience, and ordination, licensing or credential status.
