Staff Elder of Discipleship & Engagement
Job Description
Christ Community Church is seeking a Staff Elder of Discipleship & Engagement who thrives on turning vision into movement. This role is for a pastor who loves developing leaders, strengthening ministry systems and helping people take real steps into discipleship, community and mission. If you naturally gather people, create clarity and help others move forward with confidence, you may be uniquely suited for this work.
You will lead key discipleship environments, men’s and women’s ministries, community groups and missions by equipping leaders and mobilizing the church toward active participation in the life and mission of Christ.
You will be part of a unified pastoral team, sharing in the shepherding of the church through counseling, discipleship and presence in the life of the congregation. We are committed to building a healthy church—not isolated ministries—and we are looking for someone who shares that conviction.
