Job Description
Purpose:
To teach, shepherd and lead the church family and facilitate community outreach.
Position Description:
- To devote priority to prayer and the study of the Scriptures
- To lead and direct the teaching ministry in all worship services
- To lead in developing community outreach and discipleship
- To lead the church towards fulfillment of its purpose and vision
- To guide, feed and care for the spiritual needs of the congregation
- To provide advice and council to lay leadership
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the elders
