The Executive Pastor (XP) at Valley Bible Church in Haddam, Connecticut, acts as a strategic ministry partner to the lead pastor, overseeing spiritual shepherding and operational functions within the church community. Through fostering strong leadership, team development and strategic planning, the XP plays a pivotal role in realizing the church's vision across all areas of ministry and operations. With a deep understanding of pastoral care and organizational leadership, the XP contributes significantly to cultivating a positive staff culture, fostering disciple-making and facilitating sustainable growth within the congregation.
