The Pastor of Discipleship & Groups provides overall pastoral leadership for community gospel’s discipleship pathway and leadership pipeline.
Responsibilities
This includes primary oversight of small groups, men’s ministry and connections. This role ensures that people are not only connected to the church but are being formed into mature followers of Jesus through Scripture, community and ongoing discipleship rhythms.
This is a full-time pastoral role focused on shepherding, leadership development, systems alignment and ministry multiplication across the church.
