New Life Community Church is seeking a lead pastor to shepherd our congregation into its next season of ministry.
Located in beautiful Mendocino County in Northern California, New Life Community Church has served the Ukiah community for more than 50 years and is affiliated with the Evangelical Free Church of America (EFCA). Our vision is to be a family of faith that lives and loves like Jesus.
We are seeking a pastor who is deeply committed to Jesus Christ and the authority of Scripture, with a shepherd's heart for people and a desire to provide strong biblical preaching and teaching, spiritual leadership and discipleship building. We value a pastor who will lead collaboratively, build relationships, develop others for ministry and help us grow as a congregation and reach our community with the gospel.

About this Church
New Life Community Church's vision is: To be a family of faith that lives and loves like Jesus. Founded 50+ years ago, New Life has a long history of ministry in the Ukiah Valley and has always been affiliated with the Evangelical Free Church of America (EFCA).
NLCC moved to its current church campus in 1978. The property provides excellent facilities for ministry, including a large auditorium with seating for approximately 400+, a fellowship hall, a dedicated children’s building and additional space for a variety of ministries and activities.
The church staff currently includes part-time positions filled by a care pastor, office administrator, children’s ministry director, and youth/music worship director. Church leadership consists of an executive board whose members are elected by the congregation for rotating terms.
