Church Planter

In EFCA Central, we are actively seeking the Lord to see a Life-Giving Church within driving distance of everyone in our region. A Life-Giving Church is a church that clearly preaches the gospel, lives out gospel compassion to the vulnerable in their community, displays gospel humility in all they do and boldly proclaims and lives out the gospel.

Across our district, many communities exist in desperate need of a Life-Giving Church. We are praying for leaders with bold faith who will display Christ by stepping into these communities as church planters. If God has given you a heart for the lost, evangelism and gathering people into community then we would love to hear from you! We walk with our church planters by offering resources such as church planter assessment, monthly coaching and access to a variety of pastors and wives retreats and valuable leadership conferences.

Our district covers Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas, and Southeast South Dakota. We are currently targeting several strategic rural and metropolitan areas. Some specific towns in Iowa we are targeting are Ottumwa, Centerville and Oskaloosa. In Missouri, we are targeting Rolla and the St. Louis metro area.
